Thanks to Google Chrome and Firefox teams pushing hard on the way of HTML5, we can enjoy live p2p video talk in just our browsers WITHOUT any use of Flash Play or other plugins now. Then, we built Nexwho.com to demostrate what HTML5 can do.

On the server side, Nexwho uses Ratchet which is an implementation of WebSocket on the PHP platform. The server is used to facilitates going and coming of client information. On the client side, JavaScript is used to bridge two clients to connect directly over TCP ports for delivering video streams.

One of the coolest parts is that most modern browsers on both PC and mobile platforms includes built-in support for Websocket and WebRTC. More people can use Nexwho to meet new friends for more time.
